spinning definitely isn't bad. i don't care what those articles say. i sweat like a beast in spin class and feel amazing afterwards. that's all the reassurance i need!

I weigh myself every Sunday morning when I wake up before I eat breakfast. Your weight shifts so much throughout the day that I've learned not to weigh myself every day and definitely not multiple times per day.

The premade Lean Shakes are sooo sweet. As in, not good. At least to me. I bought a sample of the chocolate and vanilla powder. It says to use the whole packet in one 8 oz glass of water. There's no way I would use that much powder. I would probably use 2 tablespoons at most.

I've found the complete opposite. The cheaper the pant, the smaller the fit. IMO.

I had lost 4 lbs in the morning, and was in such disbelief (and really excited) that I jumped on again in the afternoon, and only saw a 2.2 lb. loss. I thought my scale was unreliable and I got really discouraged. Now that I know it's normal, I feel 100%…
