Here in Upstate NY I go to Hannaford for mostly everything. Price Chopper (Market 32) for some things like raspberries and good beer/hard cider selections. Local farm stands/farmers' markets for produce sometimes.

Try baking it! http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/03/15/cookie-dough-baked-oatmeal/ This recipe is awesome. It says it makes one serving but it makes two servings for me; it's VERY filling. I triple it and have it for the whole week! Just heat in the microwave in the morning. Seriously, this recipe changed my life!

Im 5'7" and weigh 132 right now. I'm pretty much at my goal weight - I've stopped weighing myself and don't focus on my weight anymore. I would like to be more toned in the tummy area before I'm 100% satisfied with my body. I run and attend fitness classes at my gym (Bodypump, insanity, tabata).

I get this all the time from my family. So annoying and rude. I'm very proud of the way I look now and the weight I've lost. I feel great. I wish they would just say, "You look great!"

...you can tell you're under your daily calorie goal without logging anything!

I've heard of making zucchini noodles. But I love spaghetti squash. It definitely does not resemble spaghetti and doesn't taste like it. It tastes like whatever sauce you put on it. I usually sauté some Italian chicken sausage and use a good jarred marinara sauce (Victoria brand). Cut the squash in half, scoop out the…

I find the most helpful strategy in maintaining my weight is reflecting on how far I've come. I often look at old pictures of myself at my heaviest and am thankful I now live a healthy, active lifestyle. I don't ever want to look or feel that way again so it's a good way to make sure I don't gain it all back! I also make…

I don't give a crap about other people at the gym.

I make homemade balsamic vinaigrette too. My recipe includes olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, and salt & pepper. I love it.

I've had my Mirena for almost two years and have had no issues with weight gain. I've lost over 30 lbs with it and it was not difficult to lose.

Yes, do tell about the ab challenge!

Just saw this post today! I'm on day 5 of the squat challenge..70 squats tonight. And I'm starting the plank challenge today, it works up to a 5 minute plank. Needed some motivation to do strength training since it's so nice outside now.

Totally in! Since the weather is nice now I am running outside again :)

If you have a reliable HRM with a strap, I would use that number. I love my Polar FT7.

Toss with olive oil, s&p, and roast on a sheet pan. They're sweet on their own so they don't need much.

I like Quest bars and Bonkbreaker. You should sign up for Kona Kase. They deliver around 8-9 different protein bars/shakes/healthy snacks each month for $15. I love it.

Dilemma. I just got rid of a whole wardrobe that doesn't fit me anymore. I know people that I'd like to give them to but I won't. I'm donating them instead. You should do the same.

Heck yes! I ran it last year and it's a blast! I'm running it on May 4th in Syracuse and again in September in Albany, NY. Can't wait!!!

I'm always more hungry on days I workout. So yes, I eat back at least some of the calories.
