I really like the taste of unsweetened soy, milk tastes really sickly to me. I mix it with protein shakes and could also happily drink a big glass of it which I haven't been able to do with milk since I was young. Only switch if you like the taste I reckon. I also like the lack of fat and the quantiy of protein of course.…

Consider whether you're deficient in any vitamins? Particulary B vitamins or iron. That could make you feel really drained. Just a possibility....

Thats a really touching story. It says so much about what we are like as people. I'd like to think that waiter responded to the happiness and confidence that has been reborn in you. Good luck in your journey!

No but I've searched before just like you! I love their food. If you find out will you let me know please? X Good Luck!

I change my sugar allowance to uk government guidelines 80g. Its been suggested that fructose should have its own category as its not good to be discouraging people from having a reasonable amout of fruit is it.

I find giving up the sweet stuff cold turkey makes the sugar cravings go away! Every now and then when i feel I've started to slip into bad habits with biscuits or chocolate as a pick me up I go compltetely cold turkey and guess what? The cravings go away! I also find this makes me generally a LOT less hungry as my blood…

You should prolly just go for it, I know I would BUT that depressing after holiday feeling is made that little more depressing when you step up on the scales! I usually know I can burn it back off in time though.

NEVER bored with food! Just like the post above, love cooking, love eating, love thinking about whats next!

This is how I tricked myself into going too! I said I'll go for half an hour max just enough to put me back under my calorie goal for the day but as always once those endorphins kick in you find yourslef doing something amazing!

Ok don't panic! I don't even need to tell you you're doing everything right, you know this I can tell by your tone. Are you healthier? Are you happier? Are you fitter? Yes you are. There could be lots of reasons for a little fluctuation. You could have had too much sodium or not enough water and therefore be retaining…

Hey there, Firstly welcome! Don't be dscouraged, really it takes a few weeks to settle into this. At first glance it would seem that you are making a common rookie mistake and eating too few calories. 1200 is the minimum you should be having without counting the calories you use up from running and other exercise. So if…

I just quite like soya milk and use it for everything else so it seems silly to buy milk for coffee. I do find that if the soya milk is at room temperature or warmer first it helps. Also soya lattes or anything like that from Starbucks etc never separate so maybe the key is to heat it up first, but I don't always have the…

It tastes amazing and is so good for you. Especially after exercise. Somebody will prolly phrase this better but it rehydrates your body faster than water. For me it takes me back to me lying on the beach in Thailand and having the guys from the beach bar come over and chop a coconut open in front of me and literally just…

Snap! Having measured my arms for the first time right now around the centre of the bicep they also measure 11.75 or 30cm I'm 5ft 7 (170cm) and 155lb 70.3kg

Oatmeal! A bagel with cream cheese has lots of calories but won't fill you up. If you want a direct replacement try wholemeal toast, or rye bread toast or brown soda bread toast with cottage cheese. This will taste similar, fill you up longer and be lighter on calories. How about peanut butter or tahini on toast? It will…

I just discovered that show on a back channel here in the Uk a couple of months ago! They're running season 2 now. Quite good! is it really popular in the US? They seem to get good guest stars!

Well done for yesterday Allison! I think I've developed a taste association between Earl Grey tea and sweet things so I've been avoiding it in favour of 1 regular tea with milk in the afternoon and a few herbal teas, peppermint usually or chamomile in the evening! Good look resisting that hot chocolate and pastry! I'm…

To be honest I'm usually all for moderation, hence why I allowed myself biscuits and chocs with a cup of tea in the first place, but there must be something about sugar cravings that mean the more you have the more you want so when I started feeling the cravings were starting to win I decided I just have to break the…

bump I like the idea of black beans in brownies. Keep hearing it but have yet to try it!

A good gentle glute exercise for you to maybe try: Lie on your side with your head resting on your arm, bend your legs with knees and ankles together until your ankles are just under your butt, bring your top knee away from your other knee and raise it until its at a 90 degrees angle towards the ceiling. Raise and lower 10…

You need to see a doctor or suitably qualified healthcare professional. Perhaps you're suffering from post natal depression rather than stress. Either way you're putting yourself in danger. Take care of yourself and let others around you take care of you also. Best of luck xx

Are you working out aswell as dieting? Your butt is a muscle after all. I've been going to Bums and Tums classes as I have a tendancy towards the same thing. I'm working hard to get that curvy cushion!

If you have the calories and the saturated fat left available then go for it. I wouldn't worry about going over on sugar or carbs now and then if the fat and calories area on target. Enjoy!

All houmous is healthy! Maybe use a slightly different ratio of olive oil and tahini to lemon juice and chickpeas, like if the recipe cals for 4 tablespoons of olive oil try using 2 and upping the lemon juice by half a lemon. I also add roasted red peppers to mine. Mix it up a little try different consistencies.

Wow you look seriously great! I hope you're making the most of your new lease of life and hot bod!

I base all my calorie burns on what my heart rate monitor tells me. My heart rate goes much higher much quicker and stays in that zone when I am running. On the eliptical my heart rate doesn't go very high and it takes a while for it to peak and level out so purely based on that I will always burn more calories running…

I had that problem for one or two days and then I realised I had been using spray deodorant on the area under my chest strap when I usually just use roll on. I think the spray had interupted the connection from the strap. I went back to roll on and after putting the strap through the washing machine it never happened again.

For the same reasons as you have all just mentioned I manually change my sugar goal to be 80g per day as this is 5g below the recomended limit for a female adult.

Here's the UK Tea council website recommending 4 cups of tea a day. http://www.tea.co.uk/tea-4-health But to contradict that here's two articles both from the same paper that totally contradict eachother! It can be hard to be healthy sometimes! Threre's the same completely contradictory recommendations for wine drinking…

I don't know where you're righting from but here in the UK there was a campaign running saying you should have 4 cups of tea a day as its full of antioxidants. Now I'm not sure if milk counteracts those antioxidants, there are some schools of thought that suggest it negates the positive effects. Also tea is high in…
