Why did I get fat? Stopped caring for myself, marriage, 2 kids 9 and 12, postpartum depression after the birth of my 9 year old. Since that I have never really felt the same. Ate what I wanted although I gained 80 lbs I still ate and stopped exercising. Why did I decide to turn it around? Tired of caring for everyone else…
