  • How often are you weighing yourself? I would recommend once a week in the AM when you first wake up. This will give you a better guideline to follow. Are you drinking 6 to 8 cups of water a day?
  • After you do the search and it doesn't find it, you should see an "Add" at the bottom where you can add it in there. As long as your were wearing an HRM, you should be able to see how many Calories you burned.
