I'm a nurse and i'd say making sure I don't just eat whatever is easy because I have no time. I have to be careful to plan what I can eat quickly that isn't garbage.

I do have a cheat day 1-2 times a month, and it means I can eat something junky until i'm full, not stuffed. This normally mean i've gone out on date night with my husband and ordered what i want, but I still try not to over do it.

Sorry I keep adding more and more posts, but I keep thinking of more things :). I wouldn't say that the other programs listed by other members are bad by any means, but I know starting strength works, and they have SO much information for each exercise, and a very active community of members on there forums.
