I carry a spring assisted knife when i'm off base. Once I leave the gates bam! i'm in a really really bad neighborhood. Mace is great, but you only get one try, and it's not always enough to stop someone.

I use to have the same issue when visiting my grandma. In my case when I fly home to visit, it's me making junk food for her, not the other way around anymore!

I'm actually pretty good at logging whenever i need to get something done, like get my behind to the gym. I just make sure to set a time limit to myself before I log in! Raid nights are never on the say day as gym day! When MoP drops it will take more will power lol!

I am a sister-in-law to an amazing person who happens to be autistic. There is lots of support out there for people in your situation. If you get overwhelmed there are a lot of great resources out there. Take advantage of them.

I have the same issue, I have been on so many medications trying to control my fibro pain. I also tried the birth control patch and i gained back a bunch of weight in what seemed like over night. I really hope you can find an alternative medication without the side effects. hang in there!

If you find yourself unable to meet your next lifting goals, back off the cardio a bit.

Some cardio is fine for now, If I do cardio it's only one day a week. When the weights get heaver and heaver, you'll find yourself able to do less cardio. Your muscles need time to repair themselves after each session. I lift on Tue, Thur, Sat and normally just walk or jog a bit on Sundays.
