  • I just recently started IF 16/8 and am liking it so far. It helps me keep my calories in control as I like to snack late night. Having that cut off point at 8 pm really helps!
  • Yes, it does more than just being a simple pedometer - tracks sleep, etc. depending on which version you have. I have the fitbit zip which is just a pedometer.
  • Fitbit isn't the best for measuring accurate calories during biking or any other activity besides walking/running since it's only a pedometer. If you want to measure calories more accurately for this type of activity I would suggest a heart rate monitor instead.
  • I sync my fitbit zip and MFP. I love them combined! Fitbit tracks your steps for the day and based on how active you are it will adjust your MFP calories accordingly. I would highly recommend it!
  • I was on the Mirena for maybe 4 months or so and I hated it. I have never had kids and my gyno said yes to me getting it. It was the worst pain imaginable getting it placed and then I bled for about two months straight (TMI I know).   • I have Dance Central 2 - which you can put on "fitness mode" and it will count your calories for you. It's a lot of fun so you don't really know you are working out but you do sweat a lot!
