  • Good luck with the race! My goals for April is to not buy snacks at the train station. It has been really hard for me to not eat snacks, since I miss my train daily (I only have 30 seconds to transfer trains...) I am training for a traithlon (which is in September). And started cycling again. I don't need a goal for that…
  • I fell of the wagon. Last night I drank 2 glasses of wine :sad: But I am back again! I will not drink alcohol the rest of the month!
  • I had a good weekend. Only once I was tempted to drink red wine... But I told everyone I was still a bit sick from the stomach flu, which I am not. :laugh: So, I didn't drink alcohol :drinker: Let's see what this week will bring!

  • I am happy it's warming up on your side of the Atlantic. Every day you are on the news over here because of the cold weather. Unfortunately it means that our winter 'heat wave' is also over... My no alcohol drinking is going fine. I had a stomach flu since January 3th. And I am still not able to eat normal portion sizes...…
