I have sleep apnea too. One of my goals is to get off the darn machine when I reach my goal weight. I know there is still a possibility that I might still have to use it, but I want the chance to try. I know a couple people who have been able to get off the machine. Let's do this!

If you make your goal at least 40g of carbs a day, through veggies, fruit and nuts, you should see some positive changes on the scale. I would take your measurements too. Sometimes the scale doesn't budge, and people get discouraged. You will find when the scale doesn't show a change, the measuring tape will.

Hi there. I am finding my metabolism has slowed down to a snails pace. I have tried cleanses and detox to try and get things moving, but all that seems to work is a week without sugar or carbs and it starts things going again. How about you?
