  • Medicine ball squats (where you hold the medicine ball above head, and while squating throw the ball down and catch it at the end of the squat and then back up)
  • 5 days a week i do 10 mins on the elliptical, then do resistance training (m/w/th upper body, tu/fr lowerbody) then 25 mins on the treadmill. 7 days a week i do 30mins on a stationary bike at home towards the evening. So far so good, and just had to move the belt in another notch after 2 weeks....

  • Pioneer Square is great, its south downtown before you get to the stadiums. Lots of places to eat, great bars and places to socialize.
  • Wow, great question and yep, I'm the same way. I guess the online friends is just convenient, but wow, I sure miss the in person interactions.
