My weight goal ideally would be 125. I want to be at or under a 25 B.M. I. When I started dieting I was almost 180 pounds. I have 20 pounds to lose.

I have lost 40 pounds and it's been five years keeping it off. However, I can't get to my final goal -- that is losing 20 more pounds. It seems while I want to achieve this goal, I just have lost my perseverance along the way. I need to gain that determination back.
