To everyone saying to just pump it and put it in a cup: I just have to say that pumping totally sucks. It's not as easy as that. I couldn't wait until I got to the point where I could go a whole day at work without pumping. And as far as the whole "cow teet" argument goes, I don't think its about the child actually…

The subject in question doesn't bother me. Its the portrayal of the cover and the title. Like so many others have said, there is nothing really loving going on. It just looks weird and almost wrong and unnatural. And "mom enough?" We're all moms, whether natural birth, c-section or adoption and no matter what parenting…

I can take my pants off without unzipping or unbuttoning them When I went to buy workout pants, I bought larges but had to exchange them for mediums (yay!) This one is kind of weird, but when I took a bath a few nights ago, my belly was completely submerged Fitting into a size 7 ring again and my wedding rings are almost…

Wow! I am so thankful for all your responses! This website is awesome:bigsmile: I should look at it like at least I haven't gained weight, staying the same is better than gaining. I think I'll wait until I've done day 10 to decide whether or not to move on. I feel great by the way. Thanks again everyone, you are all…

My favorite is the peach tea flavor :) But for people who don't like artificial flavorings and chemicals I have another suggestion. I've heard some of you suggesting adding lemon, why not other fruits or even vegetables? For example strawberries, peaches, watermelon, oranges, limes, or blueberries. They sweeten and flavor…

I think it gets easier as you go. I had to slowly wean myself off the calories and trigger foods before I could even think about trying to eat at my target amount. Maybe try slowly whittling the calories down. It will get easier, especially when you start learning appropriate portion sizes and nutritional contents of…

I guess I'm weird, I'm currently a 36C but as I lose weight I'm hoping to be able to wear a 32B again. When I was younger I never thought I would say that, haha!

I'm 5' 2" and I weigh 166 as of now. My body fat is between 34% and 28% depending on which calculator I use. My goal is currently set to 115 pounds, but as I get closer to that I might change it depending on how fit I manage to get :)

Those sweet potato gnocchi are really good too!

I like to eat a brand called Dreamfields, it has high fiber, low digestible carbs, and its low on the glycemic index. It tastes good too!

I started it 2 1/2 weeks ago and so far I really like it. I have quite a bit of weight to lose but I am already seeing good results. Personally, I would recommend it :)

Yes, gross. But your reply is hilarious!

I know that different people react differently to different types of fiber, for example metamucil is psyllium fiber and fibercon is inulin I think. I found that personally fibercon made my stomach hurt, but if it works for you then any fiber is good fiber :)
-
I take metamucil, the berry one. I do try to get fiber through healthy eating, but it's not always easy, haha. I use the supplement to fill in where I've fallen short.
-
I started taking a fiber supplement twice a day and it has helped me immensely. I have tried many times to lose this weight in the last two years but have never had this level of success! I am always within my calorie goal and I never feel like I'm starving. And also protein, like everyone else said. Good luck to you on…
