I know exactly what you mean! I would get that too, the chest congestion cough right after eating at McD's. I was able to isolate it down to the french fries. If I just get a burger or a salad there, no problem. But if I get even a small order of fries, then I get the cough! No idea why.

If you set in your goals that you are exercising and also logging your calories burned then don't eat back your exercise calories. They are already accounted for when you set those goals. If you can handle it, that doesn't sound like too much. The only thing I would say if you wanted to cut anything would be to maybe cut down cardio a little. Maybe instead of an hour do 30 ds which is about 28 minutes with stretching and warm up and then cardio until its been an hour.
