the 30 day shred... been reading everyones success stories and results, seriously, such motivation.
Putting little one to bed and then starting so any advice to stick at it would be fab.
Done measurements and weigh in aswel just to make sure I monitor it all closely. Seriously considering taking a picture too.
Anyway any motivational tips to stick with Jillian and her grueling work outs would be welcome, have recently attempted Banish fat, boost metabolism and couldn't work all the way through.
Dreading this would be an under statement haha! Decided today that I am going to go for a run 3 times a week while little ones at nursery, any tips for sticking at that when I am not in the mood would be fab.
Thanks in advance guyss :flowerforyou:

I'm restarting 30DS today. I tried it once, but got bored doing the same work-out everyday so I didn't stick with it. I'm trying it again, but this time, when I feel myself getting bored, I'm going to do Wii Zumba for a day and then go back to 30DS the next day. I'm hoping this will break it up enough for me not to lose interest so quickly.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes and be prepared to get up and down from the floor quickly. Definately don't do it on an empty stomache (but don't do it right after you eat either) or you will get very dizzy. Also, keep your water up or you will get dizzy from that.
You need a mat, if you're doing it on a hard floor, and hand weights. From reading other 30DS posts, I've noticed most people are comfortable with 2-5lb weights. Any higher will probably too tough for the work-outs.
Good Luck!
P.S. you will be amazed by how fast those 20 minutes goes by!0 -
One thing that really helped me get through it is to play some motivating music but not so loud that you can't hear Jillian. I did 30ds in the living room on our computer and sometimes I would turn on a show on the tv (that's how our living room is set up, not sure if you could do that.) JeepyTrey had some really great advice!
Best of luck, you can do it!0 -
