Running post surgery?

Hi all,

I had minor surgery 3 weeks ago now and I was wondering how to start up running again. I made it to week 6 of c25k before I had to stop. Do I just go back to week 3 since I have been out for 3 weeks or should I just start over? I have been cleared by the doc to do any type of exercise. Also, this is off topic, but any advise for beginning heavy lifting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    In 3 weeks, you might have lost one week of fitness. I'd say go to the start of week 5 and see how that feels. You can always adjust up or down if need be.
