No I already stated earlier that I only watch them for the LOL's. They give out some good info and some terrible info but they are more credible IMO than Ian who just talks down on people and starts hate to get attention. Not really gonna beat a dead horse tho.

Whey isolates have higher protein contents (90% to above), while concentrates have much lower (around 70%). More fat/ash/other constituents in concentrates. Now, the benefits are almost the same BUT recent studies have showed concentrates are more likely to contain unwanted minerals. It's really up to you on what you want…
