My opinion, and this is only an opinion, is your calories ARE too low. Your metabolism is shutting down because it thinks you are starving. Also, I believe that your protein could be a little more and your carbs less. I try to keep protein and fat at 40% @ and carbs at 20%. I dont know what your exercise regimen is and…

I lift three days a week and walk three to four days a week. I've been losing three-four lbs a mnth but my metabolism is slower than yours, because of my age. Fit muscles burn more calorie, so you should work on them and the cardio helps you to have a fit heart and lungs so you can live longer to enjoy your weight loss. :)

My breakfast is 400-600 calories, with at least 30-40 grams of protein. At my weight loss clinic they also told me that if you eat that much protein, you will lose about 40% more fat during the day. Its working for me. I've lost 54 lbs. so far.

If you are doing resistance training, you will gain muscle, and muscle burns fat faster. So, yes!! One thing though, take measurements because you will lose size but your actual weight loss may slow down. I'm going through that very thing right now!!
