I go to the gym and I spend 5 min on each machine for my strength training. ....why is it hard to believe I only eat 20 carbs a day??!! I'm not doing it in an unhealthy way, I also take vitamins 3 times a day to help with energy. I mostly eat meat and a lot of veggies.

I really don't do hard exercises, but I do exercise 5 days a week.I walk 3 miles on the tredmill, 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of strength training. Any exercise is better than none. When you are cleaning just go from one chore to another without breaks in between. Also working outside in the yard is a good exercise because you sweat more. Not sure what area you are from but there are some gyms that let you workout for free for 30 days to see if you like it. And also…

I would give mine to my mother in law. She is real flabby and just disgusting! She's always Talking about fat people and how they make her sick, so I would like for her to get big and fat so she will see how it is to be teased and talked about.

I would also like to know about this too. I think the 1200 calorie limit is for ppl wanting to lose it slowely and safe. But I don't want to do that, I want to lose it fast damn it lol.
