Tyna, I know it's discouraging but sounds like you are already healthier! I am making my friends do the fitnesspal too because I do better when I can cheerlead them on- it keeps me on task! I bet it would help you too! Feel free to add me if you want to root for me and I'll certainly root for you!!

There's a resturant that uses pickles apples along with cranberries, almonds, and feta cheese and it is AMAZING. I would do a quick search for pickled apples if you want to try something a little different.
