Guacamole is like a super food, not joking. Avocado's are AMAZING for you.

Don't worry about fat from natural foods. My favorite snacks: - Whole Almonds and Dates - Walnuts - Roasted Soy Beans - Cottage Cheese - Apples/Bananas with Peanut Butter - Grilled Whole Wheat Naan or Pita The important thing is to get the servings right.

I love this and its so true. I stopped buying lite this and low fat stuff a while ago. I started MFP and I still eat bacon, steak, etc. I do however switch out some bad nutritional zeroes (like Mayo) and use natural (real natural not marketed natural) substitutes like avacado, etc. I try to keep 75% of my diet to foods…

What's more important to you? How much you weigh or how well you look?

Drink it black, the way coffee was meant to be drunk :) Coffee is also an easy way to add 225mg of potassium (2 cups) to your breakfast.

If its one night, why are you stressing? If you would normally drink 4 mixed drinks, sub 2 of those with club soda with a lemon and lime slice. Log it, and get back to it the next day. One day of indulgence (as long as its not overboard) is not going to wreck your long term goals.

THIS! Never buy low fat ANYTHING.

Second the uncured Hormel Bacon. I will NEVER eat cured bacon again. If you want a spread that has healthy fat, use Land-O-Lakes spreadable butter with Olive Oil. It has 3 ingredients: Sweet Cream, Olive Oil, Salt.

Eating out DEFINITELY kills the mojo. Though I still do it now and then. :)

I wouldn't say I tossed anything, just switched up what I ate on a regular basis. I cut back on added sugars and I am trying buy foods that "remember" where they came from. I still eat McDonald's once in a while (with a 5 and 1 year old you can't help it), I have switched from doughy pizza convered in meat, to thin crust…

I have eliminated most processed foods and it has helped. I switched from turkey breast lunch meat to off the bone turkey and that has cut it in half. I have went down from 6-8k mg of Sodium to under 3.5k. I want to get it lower than that. Unfortunately some convenience foods are a necessity. I don't have enough time to…

I would add a Hard Boiled egg or Some nuts before a piece of toast. Its the protein and fat in the eggs that is keeping you full longer.

I don't believe that is true at all. Just because something has less fat and calories doesn't mean its healthier than something with more fat and calories. If you eat a Lindt Swiss Dark Chocolate bar (6 pieces 105 calories 6g fat) you are also getting fiber and antioxidants from the chocolate. With a special K bar you are…

Make sure you are eating the skins. They are LOADED with potassium!

What are you eating for breakfast?

So you believe in fate, luck, and divine intervention, but not LOVE? Why is not LOVE at first sight? My love for Ashley has not stopped growing since the night we met. At what point then can I truly say I love her? According your definition and belief, its ONLY love after a certain point. When is that point? How long does…

I feel bad for you, and I hope that your belief doesn't or hasn't blinded you enough to miss the opportunity of "love at first sight". When I met Ashley, I NEVER thought we would be together, I never thought we would get to a kiss, let alone a relationship. I just knew that after I met her I INSTANTLY wanted to be near her…

Sodium is the hardest thing for me to keep down. I read that the average American male consumes 6-8K mg of sodium everyday! I am at about 3-3.5K so I don't feel so bad. I am working on getting it down, but there are just somethings I still like!

I believe in love at first sight. I met my current girlfriend and future wife online as well. We used to talk on a political message board until we met for a message board "meet up" at a local club. When Ashley and I met, she shook my hand and I remember her taking a step back, I felt it too, but I wasn't sure of myself. I…

I actually started doing P90 first to strength train. At first I couldn't do a single pull up, but after finishing P90's strength training I was able to to do 3-5 unassisted.
