I turned 50 in January and decided that I needed to do something drastic or it may be too late for me. I'm happy where I am now, but know that I could do better and would do better if I was 25.

1. I'm down from a size 42 pants with the comfortable stretch waist to straight 36 (and 34 in some). 2. Stopped taking Nexium for my GERD without any recurrance of chest pains. 3. Met some awesome people who are fighting the same battles that I am.
