I started at 295 and I'm currently 229, and I'm still unsure what I'm going to do after 199.9999999999. I never thought that I'd be there and I'm really close....

I am right now at 229 pounds. Right now I'm on a cycle depending on what I'm working that day. I'm constantly on the move and active, but actual exercise devotion includes two consecutive curves circuits OR 30 minutes elliptical with 15 minutes spinning followed by as many body weight exercises that I can do (pushups,…

We were actually talking about this last night and so I've revised my answer. -Hike the Appalachian Trail. I want to hike the trail so badly but it would seriously be like, a 6 month long camping trip. XD -Finalize my divorce. I don't have the money to do it, and the awful waste of space spouse refused to do it. -Pay the…

I speak Texan and ASL. ^_^

Man, I would hike the entire Appalachian trail. Yes. Yes that is what I'd do with a lotto winning. XD

I get very discouraged ALL the time. I feel like my weightloss is somehow one big lie. Like, somehow I'm standing on the scale wrong, and perhaps my clothes are just stretching out with my fatness. I can even mentally argue with the measure tape. So much that my coach will use a ruler to show me that her measure tape is…

It is possible, and I don't believe it would be too detrimental healthwise. Two pounds a week would be 14. I lost my first 15 pounds in a month time (oh no, the horrors) but *without* adjusting my diet (I am a picky eater, and wasn't really an over eater to begin with) and just exercising a lot more, and I am in constant…

I'm kind of the same way. Only I don't date boring people. XD

I tend to tuck my arms behind my back when trying to navigate through our tiny workspace in an attempt to squeeze through, I started that when I was close to three hundred pounds, and now that I'm 240, I still do it. And I'll probably continue to do it when I reach my goal weight.

Yeah.... it's really not. Adderall is a schedule II drug and can be addictive to some individuals, nothing compares to meth. The things meth does, chemically and biologically, in a person's brain is terrifying. Amphetimine... not so much. Amphetamine is the real substance that is in adderall, methamphetamine is in desoxyn.…

That last line touches my heart.

I'm rather indifferent to fast food. I hate Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's with a passion. I go to sonic occasionally to get a cherry vanilla sprite zero. They are my weakness and I usually only get one after an intense geocaching day. I love What-a-Burger and Taco Bell I could take it or leave it. Doesn't really…

I take adderall 20 XR and have been for quite a while. I've only had minor weight loss, about average one pound to one pound and a half a week. About what you would lose if you were trying to lose at a healthy rate. But at the same time I've been moving a lot more than normal since I've been taking it... So I really can't…

Mine is from this past February.
