if you are interested you can also have intermittent fasting days. there are post on mfp about it and there is load of info if you google. but i say still get in your weekly caloric needs.

i don't think you should go below 1200. with that being said.. try to really horn in on your nutrition.. leave bad carbs for good carbs, bad fats for good fats increase protein. maybe even get a protein shake . if you can walk i suggest walking. my friend takes 1lemon in warm water in the am and in the pm.. right before bedtime and before breakfast and she believes it has helped her with her arthritis.

althought lemons are acidic it is said that once it enters your body it is alkaline. I drink it every day all day. 1 lemon though to 1.78 liters of water only because i'm watching my carbs. otherwise i would drink more lemons.

i think that what you eat during those 20 g days makes a huge difference. i for one cut out all breads rice pasta, cookies and sweets and am sticking to 20 grams veggie carbs , meats cheeses and fats. im making sure my fat count is bigger than everything esle. according to atkins that is more important. since june 26 i've…

i just had a 1 carb meal 1 can of albacore white tuna in oil 5oz drenched in hotsauce (can omit) 1 tablespoon of mayo (to my liking) .05ounce of mozerrela shredded cheese .5ounce of cheddar laid on top heat in toaster oven(or oven)or microwave till cheese is melted..

i add steviana to french vanilla.. i can have it with just water, to change up i add 3 tablespoons of coconut powder, 1 table spoon of unsweetened chocolate. and i try to use very cold water.
