yes.. water weight. unless you are on some kinds of pills then it could be reaction to pills or if you are crazy over eating but that's probably the least doubtful. also ovulation and menstruation can do it too. i don't think it's a big thing to worry about unless you are over eating then i would go to moderate eating lol..

have you heard of the ketogenic diet? or whole 30? paleo? perhaps one of those can help you. i know keto helped me with lots of pain issues.
-
feel free to add me. i'm doing ketogenic diet though.
-
i just started.
-
that is really impressive. what i am most impressed about is that even though you have a trainer he is on line so really you are doing and incredible job of following orders while still being by yourself. amazing. looking great.

losing 90 lbs i have the same concerns. i hope people answer this .

from experience i will tell you to take this time to heal and not to worry about exercise but if you must try bands for lower body work outs you can do on the bed and do upper body stuff with weights sitting in a chair. allow your ankle bone to heal.

congratulations
-
you may need to increase your calories.
-
congratulations. you did a superb job. kudos!

set your 160 goal.. and when you get there see how you feel. no need to fight about it now. you may get to 160 and decide to stay there.. or not. but to fight about it now is truly pointless. happy losing.

sounds like a must try

i so know what you mean.. same here. i was losing nicely then began to eat carbs again and i can tell i've put on the inches .. i'm hoping the damage hasn't been too bad. waiting a few days before i weigh in. Anyway i think i'm going to go halfway.. between lower carbs and counting calories. meaning i will try to eliminate…

i find it refreshing .. shy is not all that bad.. she might appreciate that. :)

you are on maintenance. i don't see why they would be a problem.. just make sure to watch the rest of your intake.
-
coconut stacks .. 1 serving does the trick for me.
-
it's taken me 7 months to lose 20 lbs.. SEVEN MONTHS!!!! revisit what you are doing and read a bit and ask questions and find something that works for you. it maybe that you may still need to change what you eat, add more or cut more... but dont' quit.. quitters never win.
-
well at least somebody read and commented. LOLOLOL.
-
this is awesome and you look great. i've been here about 107 days or so and only lost 20 lbs.. can you share your story on how you lost?
-
no doubt about it.. this helps.. 1. you log in 2. you hold yourself accountable for logging 3. you are able to see what your progress or digression is without having to remember on your own. 4. you can change your mind and it's ok and the program easily adapts. 5 you make great friends 6 you have a great support system. 7…

Nice job.. fantastic that you found something that worked for you. eggshells are a great source of calcium.. you can cleanse them really well then throw them in the blender with your shakes or you can just supplement .. if iim not mistaken you can get calcium from fruits and veggies as well

i was listening to a women who low carbs.. and she said one of the things she does to maintain her weight is eat no more than 40 carbs per meal. I feel totally congested and fatigued on carbs. i've tested it and i know without a doubt carbs make me feel different (not good either). congrats on finding something that works…

maybe the reason she is losing weight may not be good. i hated hearing that "you are losing weight" cause every single time it was said .. it meant i was gaining. no fail.

ok about to sit and watch

i'm starting to see that i can meet all my protein goals without shakes. but i love the protein shakes and it's a nice way to add something to your fruit shakes or your snack.
