if it helps any.. weight watchers recommends three dairy products a day. i usually have 1 milk, 1 yogart and 1 cheese. not to exceed 1oz of cheeze.

i usually eat my carbs in the AM especially those from cereals or yogarts . I try not to eat carbs after 5pm except for veggies and sometimes a fruit.. i need to get better at it!

i've lost 14 lbs without working out. i have an injury that prevents me. but i want to work out and i'm trying to find alternative ways. Doc said lay off for 30 days. i wasn't doing anything strenuous or anything just have a very old injury that won't heal and causes me much pain. i can't wait to be able to at least Walk.

i weigh in at 4:30 am .. (after waking) then i go back to sleep around 5:30am until about 8 or 9am. i weigh in again after using bathroom ( i use that weight for any gains or losses). then i weigh at night just to see the difference between the morning and evening.

i gained 7 lbs in 4 days but i know it has to do withe the sodium and water retention so i didn't even b other to logit. 2 days later i've lost 3.. working on the rest. don't beat yourself up. just concentrate on getting off.

its hard but can be done.. try making your own chips and see if that helps. also don't buy huge bags. buy 1 at a time. also try mixing in carrots and cucumbers . also go for baked ones if you can't make your own.

you can also get like a fiber powder that you can put into foods or drinks. something like metamucil
