I'm 5'4 and 143 lbs. my starting weight was 160 and I got down to 123 but after two car wrecks and a surgery I put weight back on. My goal is to get back down to 130 and reevaluate once I hit that. Feel free to add me.

Thanks. Boulevard it's the same way at my work. Last month was just awful with the holidays. Everyone just had to show off their baking skills. :)

Going as usual today except I have been so completely swamped at work I haven't gotten all the calories I usually get in and didn't get to go on my morning walk break. :( It's okay though, I will just catch up through the rest of the day. Happy Losing!!

Beverley770 I agree with Tara the 900 calories a day is way too low. It will actually slow your metabolism and cause your weight loss to dramatically slow. Reading through the comments and I agree with every one of them. I too, was doing great with MFP and logging everyday. When I steered from that I lost track and put on weight. Accountability and people to keep me motivated drive me to do better. I thank everyone for their support. Thank you so much for starting this group!

I have done the same thing. Lost 36 pounds and in the last year managed to put back on 15. I am trying to lose the 15 I had put on plus another 5 that I was shooting for then. Started Insanity and logging my food again. I am in my second week and I am starting to notice changes. Keep it up! We all can do this together! :)
