  • A good tip i got was chew a piece of gum or drink water when you want to eat and your not hunger. If you chew gum its usaully only 5 cal. and water has no cal. and i found it does help me a lot, and i hope you find it helpful too. If that doesn't help try popcorn the ones that only have 100 cal. that way you don't over do…
