40 minutes on the elliptical machine. According to it, my heart rate was 161 for a majority of it. :)

My first two weeks of weight loss I drank about 4 cups of it a day. I dropped my first 6 pounds very quickly and had a lot of energy. I stopped drinking it for the past week or so and I've been stuck at my current weight for almost a week and a half (I haven't changed my cardio or eating pattern at all). Plateau much? :(…

I lost 6 pounds and have already plateaued. How sad is that?! I've been doing 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and eating the same, yet I've stayed within 1-2 pounds of my current weight. For almost 2 weeks. MEH.
