First challenge I've completed. There are 24 stairs to my apartment. I went up and down 23 times in 10 minutes. 12 times skipping a step going up (too scared to do so down as I am not so graceful), the other 11 single step. Thank you, I worked up a good sweat in that 10 minutes!

I hear ya! I don't think anyone is crushing on me either, got a couple of very creepy messages when i had up the bikini pic. I have very kickass chicks and one awesome guy (had more but you know how that goes) on my fl and i crush on their workouts, but im just not feeling the flirt.

Please do yourself a favor and check out the group eat more to weigh less and read the stickies!!! Not a quick fix though, but definitely an eye opener. Personally i don't eat under 1750 cal. (My bmr 1690) because in an average day i burn around 2300 calories. This is still a pretty big deficit. I only lose about a pound…

I live in an apartment on the second floor and threw a party for my 9 yr old in the yard, i must of spent at least an hour of my day just running up and down stairs, then i was also game master for the evening where i was running after balls, rallying children and clean up at the end of it all. I hear you on this, but then again its a unit of measurement, and it might not be so horrible for children to learn the value of a calorie. For instance, show her the difference between 100 cal of carrots and 100 cal. Of potato chips. I dont like the wording i guess, i think "healthy snack" may be better with guidelines…

I'm alive, but quite dazed! Just wanna say that i was kinda disappointed in level 1, not that it doesn't work up a good sweat, just not much of a challenge. Week two kicked my behind! Hope to get a lil more coordinated as the week goes on too. Pendulum lunges, WTH!

I'm 5'6.5" and goal weight is 128 which is still bmi 20 ( between 18.5 and24 i think is healthy range) you can look it up online. I'm 140 now and in pretty good shape though, not at all a bad weight to be but im a bit of a perfectionist and i want to be in great shape, not oober skinny, just oober fit :)
