  • I lost 33 lbs two years ago and put it all back on because I stop charting my food and exercise. Sign me up because I definitely need folks to talk with about food and encourage. Good luck to everyone on mfp!
  • You are an inspiration to the rest of us. Keep up the good work because you can definitely see the results, not just your looks but your inner self - your smile tells it all!
  • Your feeling like crap and unsatisfied will eventually kick in and you will finally know its not worth it. Just hang in there because tomorrow is another day. Oh, water, water, water - that's what I do if I'm still hungry and it does work. :ohwell:
  • Original goal date (Sep 2012), but soon realized its not going to happen for me. First started losing a pound a week, I thought no problem, but then along comes my plateau. I'm lucky if I lose one pound a month, but hey I'll take it because I'm not quitting this time. I continue to watch my calories, exercise and spend…

  • 1) Can walk/hike for 2 hours and not be out of breath 2) Paint my toes 3) Brought out my skinny clothes from the closet 4) Can see my toes and touch them now 5) Satisfied with one cookie (if and when I want one)
  • Never had tried WW, but have tried low carbing with success when I was in my 40s, but not this time. A friend of mine too told me about this site. I can do this from home and incorporate my family in my new way of life. I plan my meals ahead of time (whether I go out or cook at home) - this has really been an eye open for…
  • The whole reason to exercise is 1) burn calories and 2) eat more because you are exercising. Some of the days without even trying I stay with the allotted amount other days I eat the allotted amount and the calories (not always all of them) I burn. It's working for me - sticking with it.
