I'm actually eating at a 9% cut while also doing NROL4W. I was feeling like I had started to lose again but the holidays have kind of derailed me! I am definitely stronger though.

I am in the same boat but I agree that the wooden ones look terrifying. Thankfully my BF is able to lift much more than me and is willing to assist on the last set or two when I just can't get the damn bar over my head anymore.

I also workout at home. I have a barbell, adj. weight dumbbells (up to 20lbs each) and the exercise ball. I am almost done with stage 1 and have noticed great results!

Anyone here can feel free to add me, I am almost done with Stage 1, yay!

I got the Scosche MyTrek Heart Rate Monitor and a set of adjustable weight dumbbells that can go to twenty pounds each, plus their weights fit on my barbell!

At minimum every other night, with just the two of us if we don't work on leftovers actively they will go bad.

I'm currently a size 12 in almost everything at 187 pounds. I am not concerned with my pants size, nor am I concerned with the number on my scale. I have significant concern for my calipers, and I am trying to remove 13% body fat to get to where I want to be! Use actual measureable meaningful goals, pants size varies from…

I agree with what she said, ask your doctor. I did read elsewhere that you should be eating at maintenance level and then add 200 - 300 calories during your third trimester, but again your doctor should be able to assist you.

I just use PB2 for mixing in smoothies and shakes.

This! Why can't they make them an option just like wide foot width. Unfortunately the one cute pair I saw that I could afford was wide in the foot too and I am not.

I'm so jealous. My calves are 17" stupid fashionable boots won't even zip!

What a crappy thing to say. At 25% body fat losing 30lbs would most likely include a significant amount of muscle loss. 25% body fat is not a problem. 20% Body fat which puts her at the Lean (Low) end of things would only be a 12lb weight loss.

I was just wondering about this. When I don't count my calories I eat like crap. I don't always go over what I am supposed to have for the day (since I will log in at the end of the day and see how I did) but generally I am over-carbing and over-fat and under-protein and I just don't feel as great about it. I also seem to…

I have found that making sure I stretch thoroughly when I am done working out, and also making sure I get much closer to my protein goals (generally I follow a tough workout with a protein shake or protein rich meal) has helped me tremendously with the dreaded DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness!). Also, as others have…

Thank you!! This helped me a lot!

I would think you are at least Moderately Active. I think most people fall into the Lightly Active category just by living. I have a lightly active job and workout three times per week and have listed myself as moderately active. We'll see how it goes, plug one in a see how you feel after 4 or so weeks. I would not list…

Isn't 8% body fat already the low end of the healthy range of body fat? Why would you want to be at a lower level than healthy...

but if i just eat the tea bag and then drink the water then I can count it

Zappos has boots that fit a wide calf?? My calves are 17" and I can't get any of them zipped up :(

I'm having some DOMS with Stage 1, but this is the first time I've ever seriously followed a weight lifting plan and I'm definitely pushing myself. It's gone by the time the next workout rolls around though. Seriously loving this and really hoping I see some results from it. What weight did you start with for NROL4W? I…

This is what I do. I actually have to use a scent free soap because I have sensitive skin and the borax gets everything out! Helps with my hard water issues too.

I have found that when I am really sore from the JM DVD's that going for a nice job helps loosen up my tight muscles. Make sure you drink plenty of water, get enough protein and do plenty of stretching when you are done with your workouts. Maybe look up some good stretches for your hammies to do after your cardio.

Invite sent I eat around 1800 - 2000, anyone can feel free to add me.
