Yesterday I got back from my lunch time run and one of the guys in the office said I wasn't as "pink and wheezy" (asthmatic here) as I used to be when I would come in from runs. He was just picking on me but it made me realize that I have gotten a lot more fit even if my scale hasn't budged in a month and a half!

I actually don't think this is true. Pretty sure you can eat whenever you feel like eating as long as your not binging in the evenings. Also the post where they said increase 100 per day for a week, I think they were meaning if you are currently at 1200 go to 1300 for a week, then the next week go to 1400

The Zip doesn't count Stairs or Sleep, it still counts steps or what would be the point? I have the Ultra now but plan to get a Zip once I can sell the Ultra I have (still in it's box) - the biggest thing I liked about the Zip is that I can replace the battery when it needs a new one. I don't have to rely on recharging it.

Oh how I wish spot reduction was possible but unfortunately the only thing that will help is losing weight and even then you might be like me and be cursed with the inability to wear high boots due to stupid big calves. Totally not bitter about it.... :-p
