  • I am starting my first round of TurboFire tomorrow! I just finished Chalean Extreme last week. Can't wait to see what TF does for me. If it is half as much as CLX then I will be a happy girl!
  • My husband is not in the military but he is extremely fit and always has been. I got lazy through my pregnancies and found myself quite overweight and finally decided I needed to get healthy. I am on daily! I think having a support system in place has been a huge help to me in the process. Tara

  • I created my own exercises and put in my hrm calories in. If you don't have a hrm then do strength training under cardio exercises.
  • I just completed my first round of Chalean Extreme this past week. I lost 18.5 lbs. and 19.5 inches over the course of the workout. I am very happy with the workout. I am moving on to TurboFire and if I miss the lifting in CLX I am going to do the hybrid of the two!
  • I have pretty much followed CLX. However, I do take karate once or twice a week and sometimes I will jump on my stationary bike for a little extra cardio. I also occasionally throw in another short cardio workout--like Rockin Body!

  • It depends on your strength. Chalene tells you how to create resistance if you don't have heavy weights. I don't have 12's and some exercises 10 is to light but 15 is too heavy so I just create more resistance with the 10's! I am in lean and I definitely can't go as heavy as in push.   • I did shred and finished the first two levels and then I moved to Chalean Extreme. It uses weights 3 days a week and cardio 2 times with 2 rest days. The weight days are about 40 minutes.
