I think sometimes someone may think if they say you look like you've lost weight they are saying they noticed you looked over weight before? I would think - lifting - cardio - healthy eating ??? little bit of hard work thrown in there you can do it! tape the pics by your alarm clock and on your mirror - and keep them on your phone and on the fridge. goals are good :)

I love cold brewing it at home! I just put coffee grounds in cold water in a pitcher with saran wrap cover. Let it sit for a day or two. Filter into a new pitcher with a mesh strainer. little cream and ice = yum

I make turkey pumpkin chili in the crock pot - just basically turkey chili with canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice :)
