If you really want to loose weigh and keep it off you will have to get up and move that body. I believe you should move your body 6 days a week. Once you move your body and get use to it, you will not be able to go a day without it:)

I love planned left overs! They save me:) or Grill a bunch of chicken at the beginning of the week and cook some veggies to go with. Excellent source of lean protein and healthy carbs.
