Two months. I have lost exactly 5 pounds a month since I started losing weight in September. Not sure how I managed it as I haven't been 'on plan' all that time, consistent inconsistency I guess!

Simple as - I stopped tracking and stopped caring about myself. I need to track in some way for the rest of my life if I want to stay at a normal weight.

Me! I have been doing in since October, I struggled a bit and so am now combining with calorie counting - I really enjoy going to group and believe in the principles of cooking from scratch, but I need to include portion control in my plan otherwise I just pile it high :)
