That is an impressive pace you are keeping. Keep it up.

While looking better is great, there is no better reward than good health. I am really happy for you.

Congratulations. Awesome job. You look great.

I work out at night after the kids go to bed. I kind of prefer to do it in the morning, but I leave for work at 5:45 AM and getting up at 4:00 AM to exercise seems a bit extreme. Like has already been said, whatever time works for you is the best time. I think the results will be simialr regardless of time.

Impressive. A whole new you.

Feel free to add me. I have only been here 6 weeks or so, but started the lifestyle change 3 months ago. I am pretty motivated though, so it isn't a matter of if, but when I will reach my goal. I am happy to keep each other moving in the right direction.

I eat three meals a day with 2 snacks that I try to keep around 100-150 calories each. One of those snacks is usually an apple or banana. The other one is usually something like a Kasji Go Lean Bar, pretzels or something not quite as helathy as the fruit, but satisfying. Once I got through the first couple of weeks, I…

I travel quite a bit for work and have these tips to offer: 1. When booking hotels, pick ones that have a decent fitness center. Return to ones you like if you are going back to the same places. 2. If your trips are short, try to plan your meals and snacks before you go. Research if there are any grocery stoers close by…

There probably isn't a person on this site who hasn't fallen off the wagon. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can see this thing through. Best of luck.

My friend once told me that I should just get a Diet Pepsi I.V. I hate to think of how much diet soda that I was drinking. I justified it because it was diet and caffiene free. I developed some gastro issues and the first thing the G.I. told me was that any carbonated beverage (diet or regualr) had to be stopped. It wasn't…

Looking good.

Nice work in only 41 days. It won't take you much longer at that rate.

Amazing transformation. I am sure people that haven't seen you in a couple of years wouldn't even recognize you. Congratulations.

Nice work. Who doesn't like the "Are you losing weight" stage? Keep it up.

Congratualtions. Great story for everyone to draw inspiration from. I have no doubt you will finish what you started.

For years I had been drinking Diet Pepsi in large quantities. A friend of mine once said that I should just get an IV. After a recent health scare and seeing a GI doctor, he advised me to get off it because the carbonation and the caffiene cause the stomach to create more acid. I quit 3 months ago, and have replaced it…

I have lost a total of 39 pounds since January 15th, 2012. I am happy with my progress to date, but still have a long way to go. I only discovered MFP about 6 weeks ago. It has been a big help and I think will be key in helping me acheive my goals. Growing up and while in the Marines I took extreme pride in my conditioning…

50 lbs. is a ton in 13 weeks. Nice work.

Generally speaking, they are't great if you are having 2 per day every day of the week because they are processed and have tons of sodium. That said, I think having them occasionally isn't really going to hurt and they are a good quick option that doesn't spoil. I might have 2 or 3 of them a week. I think they are a good…

Certainly he is concerned about his Father, but when people make insulting statements it is typically based in arrogance or ignorance....sometimes both. Many people think becuase most people can control their weight through discipline that anyone who is overwieght is simply undisciplined or inferior in certain ways. Of…

50 lbs. is a great milestone. Congratualtions.

Great Job. You don't look liek the same person.

I would also be considered about the 1200 calorie limit. That is very low and can't have a positive impact oin your metabolism. I am not sure what your eating habits are, but if you are not already, you might want to move to 5-6 small meals and bump it up to around 1500 calories while getting at least 8 glasses of…
