My hoola hoop has water in it for weight and it is so much fun-it is the cheapest exercise equipment I have ever bought. I had a couple of treats at work today so I am going to have to work out tonight during Greys Anatomy. I love being able to do exercises and get caught up on my favorite shows an the same time. :)

I love the Wii Fit and just got the Wii fit plus-it calculates the calories for you. I love it!! I am on board and will try and do 30 minutes a day. :)

I just bought it too and tried it once and it was pretty good, but I am not that coordinated so I will have to do it a few times too. It looks like it is going to be fun though.
