  • I didn't find the cool down hard, but the sideways crunches did hurt my hips. I remember thinking that while I was doing them. It was nice to have new exercises and I definitely found this one harder, I'm still hurting from my race too, so that didn't help. What did everyone else think of workout 3?
  • Really amazing! I just started Jillian Michaels body revolution and am not going to be losing much weight because I'm not that heavy and I know I will gain muscle.   • I use a heart rate monitor and only burn about 185 calories while doing strength 1 and 2 and about 270 when doing cardio 2 ( I skipped cardio 1 because the burn wasn't that good). I weigh about 123 pounds so the calorie count would be more if you weigh more. I definitely suggest a hrm to get accurate calorie burns. I think…
