I eat bread like it's going out of style and have no trouble losing/maintaining my weight now.

You should balance out the BK with long john silvers. After eating LJS, I lose weight almost instantly. Granted, I'm in the bathroom an hour...but you have to be committed!

If you did not gain the weight in 25 days, do not expect it to come off in 25 days. Stay on course, hit macros, and the weight will come off.

I hope they asked your opinion on it. If you would have spouted off healthier foods to me without me asking your opinion I would have thrown my sandwich at you (then grabbed it and ate it within the 5 second rule).
