Don't forget ever little bit helps. If you walk for 10 minutes ever hour or to thats 40 to 80 minutes of a minu workout throughout the day. That's about 200 to 400 calories burned. I have made it a habit not to game till after i work out. I think of it as a daily reward & I'll do stretching or crunches in my chair. I only raid 2 nights a week 3 hours each night so its not much and during trash i get up and wander around.

Morning all, I need some ideas. My right knee seems to be giving me issues so I'm taking tomorrow off of my normal workout. Do you think weight training will be enough or should I do modified yoga??

I hear ya. on a day I could have slept in I was up @ 7:30 & working out because the wii is in a room the kids use. i was still at it when my 12 yr old got up & shes like " your not done yet". I told her to go back to bed or be quiet.

My scale is 6 lbs lighter then the on @ my dr's office. So I specifically go by my scale for my weight loss. I'll worry about those 6 pounds later... That's what i tell myself

I was talking with my mom yesterday and I mentioned that I had 6 bottles of water. Her response was "make sure you don't drowned." And when I did look up the height/weight water ratio. I'm fine.. But mother knows best lol. Thanks all

Give yourself a weekly reward... like a movie every Friday night.....Since popcorn is a decent snack it would go hand in hand. You've come this far dont give up on yourself.

This week, I only weighed myself on my scale twice. A huge move for me... I'm down 3 lbs this week. It's not the weight that I'm noticing as it is the fact it's easier for me to move around. I'll be sinning tomorrow after weigh in. Taking my daughter & parents out for Chinese to celebrate her 1st day back. My dad and i have a monthly date for which we go to a Chinese buffet as we are both diabetics. We do it once a month.

So I started the golds gym fitness game for the wii. This game is fantastic. It really kicked my @$$. It also tracks the calories you burn for you... I really enjoyed it.
