Gold Gyms Dance Fitness workout for the Wii

I just ordered this and was wndering if anyone has tried it? And what I should expect. i love the idea because I can do it when my hubby's at work and the kids are in school...

  So I started the golds gym fitness game for the wii. This game is fantastic. It really kicked my @$$. It also tracks the calories you burn for you... I really enjoyed it.

  I'm really enjoying this workout. So much that I did almost do an hour today without thinking about it
