I switch on and off monthly Zumba, JD2 & Gold Gym's dance work out.... I don't do the gym. For now I want to do my cardio at my own speed. We even got my daughter in on it these days.

I love the wii game I use it almost daily and have it preset workouts for me.. Its fun

I started with Golds gym dance then zumba.. I'll do walking for a leg workout once in a while to tone but no treadmill anymore. I alternate zumba, strength training, and freestlye swimming with summer coming.

I live in NEPA in the winter I use my wii & HmR for power walking/jogging and in the summer I'll tread water for 2 hours in my pool. For me riunning is out as I had joints removed from my one ankle. Good luck

My daughter is 13 and dieting with me. Not really "dieting" but shed like to lose 5 pounds for health issues it was recommended. So we hit the pool :-)

I do to... So much so I gained 120 pounds... I mainly eat low carb which means I mainly eat sir fry w/out rice or chesse steaks, chicken cheese steaks w/ the bun....So just try making things at home. My mom makes homemade pizza with pitas its low cal & good. good luck

For me i can retain alot of water by to much sodium and or soda intake. I cut my soda almost completely and lost 4 lbs of water weight over the weekend by drinking alot of water to "flush my system" watch your diary if you are always over on sodium that might be your issue
