Look look amazing!!! I have a dear friend that is starting where you started and I amt wait to share your story with her to show her what is possible. For the loose skin...try weightlifting when you're ready. It really helps sort of 'fill in' the skin in some areas.

Good job on your 30 lbs! Belly hanging low is just fat and skin that reacts eith gravity. the first thing is to lose the fat and strenthen the muscles in your abdomen to help pull the remaining up up. I dont have any photos for you but when I lost fat in my stomach the entire look started to flatten out.

You look fantastic! If you just need to maintain and you exercise you should be able to eat more than 1200 calories.

Insulin can also be regulated by limiting carb intake even without IF, but good point. With IF if you are a carb eater you experience that insulin increase fewer times a day.

Im turning 40 in 20 weeks. Goal is 40lbs by 40 and Ive already lost 10. 30 to go. Its gonna be close.

Thanks for sharing! I really want to try this and Im mentally getting there. The mental block around all meat/fat and no veggies is finally fading. I figured out that upping my magnesium cleared up the blockages...and those dang vegetables werent doing the trick anyway. I need to stock up on some meat and go for it next…

Losing inches is wayyy better than scale weight. No one knows what your scale says they just know what you look like. I have friends that are 'thin' per the scale but look flabby and one's who are 'overweight' by scale definition but look amazing! Sounds like you're doing everything right. Stay calm and keto on.

@emilybeaver They totally are smaller! The leg of those shorts was stretched to the max 2 weeks ago...and now it fits normal and is almost a little loose around my upper thigh.

Here's a side view stitch. I know right?! you can really tell in the side view. Its shocking actually how much looser those shorts feel with only 2lbs on the scale.

Welcome to Keto! I would ask...are you measuring/weighing the food that you are eating? What are your current stats if you don't mind sharing? My thinking is that maybe you are eating more calories than you realize...or if you have a lot of weight to lose...you aren't eating enough calories.

Im Polish and a few months ago bought 5 lbs of Polish white easter sausage. Along with that will be -deviled eggs -protein bread that everyone has been raving about -horseradish sauce -various cheeses -olives -bacon We really only eat brunch for Easter.
