I did the first day of level 1 yesterday. I'm sore all over today.

Feel free to add me! I love being inspired by my MFP friends.

Thank you for the inspiration! You are gorgeous!

Pasta. I used to eat it almost every day and now I can't stand thinking about eating a big bowl of spaghetti. Ugh.

I'm going to start tomorrow morning! So excited. Feel free to add me. :)

I can't wait til the day I can go into any clothing store and pick out something that fits me. Until then, it's Old Navy while I'm "in transition." Lane Bryant's clothes are starting to fit me too big now. :)

At first glance at the menu, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of healthy choices, but maybe either the veggie or chicken chili isn't too bad? They might be a little high on sodium though.

Feel free to add me. I'm always looking for new friends. :)

My doctor suggested between 1,500 to 1,800 calories daily, but with with exercise sometimes I net between 1,000 and 1,200. I catch myself feeling guilty if I go over 1,600, which I've been doing a lot lately. :(

I'm 5'4 and I'm halfway towards my goal to get down to 200. After that, I'm going to set a new goal. I'd love to be 150, but I don't know if that's in the cards for me. Feel free to add me, I love supporting people and seeing everyone's progress. That motivates me to keep going.

Skinless boneless chicken breast cooked in a spicy tomato garlic sauce with cumin and a side of pinto beans. I'm stuffed!

I've had lots of success cutting down on white flour, refined sugar and most starches, but I also have insulin issues. I used to eat a starch with every meal (and I mean EVERY meal), but now I try and get my carbs from healthy sources like beans and fruits. Every now and again I will eat some potato, a little bit of rice…
Damn tasty. We let them simmer in a jalapeno-based home-made salsa, then put them in burritos with smashed pinto beans.
^^^^ THIS = best breakfast, lunch or dinner EVER!

Lots of veggies. Nothing really in particular, just whatever looks good and whatever is on sale at Sprouts. Onions Garlic Mixed greens for salads Oranges Bananas Lemons (for my salads) Canned tomatoes (for spaghetti sauce, salsa and chili) Brown rice Steel-cut oatmeal Pinto beans (I try to eat a lot of beans for fiber)…

Feel free to add me :) I also have PCOS and battling weight issues.

Bump!

Feel free to add me. We're on the same boat. :)

I was in shock when I realized how many calories I used to eat before starting on MFP, but as one of my friends pointed out, what's done is done and there's no use fretting over it because we can't change it. We've all come a long way since then. We should learn our mistakes and concentrate on the future. :)

Sorry for the late reply, but please feel free to add me! Just recently diagnosed with PCOS and I'm struggling with keeping healthy eating habits and limited my carbs. Some extra support would be nice, especially from those with a similar diagnosis.

Feel free to add me!

Taking a good multivitamin made a huge difference for me in terms of energy. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, and less processed foods, makes a big difference too.

Hi concinne! Thanks for the friend request. :)

I'm looking for some friends, too! I can use the extra motivation.
