You have to do this for yourself, however, your husbands opinion should be considered also. 110 is along the lines for your height but if he is use to seeing you at a larger weight, he might not be able to picture you at 110. It will be a significant change in your appearence for you and him....

Hi. I have been working with with this site for about a week now. I find that it is very helpful as well. I thought that I was eating too much and come to find out that I was not eating enough. this as helped me reach over that 1000 cal line that keeps my body out of starvation made. I hope that It helps.
