I think it depends on what type of food you are eating. high in carbs, sugar, etc. :smile: I would imagine if you are trying to gain weight, junk food wouldn't be the best. multigrain pasta and breads. anything high in carbs. it stays with you longer and takes more to burn off. hope this helps! AJ

diurex is the over the counter brand, I believe. if you do most of your own cooking, stick to frozen or fresh veggies instead of canned and use less seasoning in your meats. :smile: Amanda:smile:

from what I have read about strawberries they are considered "negative calories" because when you eat them they do have some calories, however your body has to burn more calories than they have just to digest them. Yay for Strawberries! :smile:
