hmm had to take a couple days out to sickness already and bad weather, but halfway there at 2500 (its the 4th here). Cycling, running, swimming are the best calorie burning sports i tell you! :D

I just save myself 200-300 calories because i KNOW i can't sleep with an empty stomach. Then i have a couple slices of toast with a cup of tea before bed or similar :)

The problem is that every person is different, there is no one way that works. They have lots of formulas to give estimates, but its so dependant on the person its impossible. The best way to find out, is buy a Body Bugg or similar. This straps onto your arm and watches all day from what i understand.

HIIT is really effective! Great if you are a busy mother who works like me! You can get HIIT timers on most smart phones, i used to lock myself in the lounge for 10 mins, and come out almost having a heart attack every other morning. Killer workout!

Heya, I'm new to message boards, here, so sorry if i step on any toes here :) I thought I would jump on in because i have previously lost a crap load of weight (80kg/170lb?), and went on to train as a personal trainer - so i have a fairly good knowledge of how most things works (does not with help motivation unfortunately…
