I'd say you want to be aiming for 25-30 minutes - most people can achieve that time with a little bit of training. Im a cyclist and my 5k time is well under 20 mins....You could walk 5km in 40 minutes!

Get more exercise, and push yourself harder when you work out. You are only raising your HR twice per week

Seems unlikely to me, as running 6.3 miles in 65 minutes is a fairly slow pace, i'd say you would looking at more like 650 calories tops.
